After Years of Development: Irmler IT-Solutions Presents Groundbreaking AI Chatbot!

We are thrilled to announce a milestone in our company's history: After years of intensive development, we have completed our own AI chatbot!

With over 25 years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence – from intelligent computer opponents in games in the 90s to Machine Learning and complex algorithms – we have the know-how to develop next-generation AI solutions. Since 2022, we have poured all our expertise into developing an in-house chatbot that is now ready to revolutionize your business processes.

Our AI chatbot can be seamlessly integrated into our e-commerce solution Trade-System as an easy-to-integrate sales chatbot. It can also be used in our e-learning solution teachNOW, for example, in video courses where a virtual course instructor is available to answer questions – and that 24/7!

The Difference: Brainless vs. Brain – The Hybrid AI

Unlike most AI solutions on the market, we offer both "brainless" and "brain" technology. "Brainless" AI is based on simply connecting to Large Language Models such as Chat-GPT and is ideal for simple applications such as translation tools. However, when it comes to processing or offering expert knowledge, our experience shows that the newly developed "brain" technology is essential.

With "brain" technology, we create an "AI Brain" that we "feed" with the specific expert knowledge of our customers.
